Hi, I & My wife both born & bought up in Gujarat. I am agriculturist of Maharastra(from my father) & my wife is agriculturist in MP. Can we buy agriculture land in Gujarat. As per judgement by Gujarat High Court: "The petitioners' counsel, S P Majmudar said: India is a one country and any agriculturist from any part of the country can own agriculture land anywhere in India". Is there further revision or judgement following previous one....Please advice. It will be greatful if you suggest lawyer in Vadodara, Gujarat who can help us...regards.
