Although we have all fresh properties documents in hand like UTARA, Gram Naksha and other related documents where we are property owners. When we applied for survey of property to make boarder we found that out of 22 guntas nearly 11gunta is acquired by Kabristan and now they not allowing goverment servent to survey and giving falls statement.

How to check whether our property is take by wakf board although latest property ownership shows our name.

Kindly help me to go right path to clear this issue legally

If you have the registered title document on your name,  you may file a suit for declaration of title,  possession and permanent injunction against them to declare your title and for regaining possession of encroached property.

Consult a local advocate and proceed as suggested.

Seek professional services of a local prudent lawyer to search title of the subject land from municipal / revenue records and further proceeding.

Verify whether the land belongs to Government/wakf board  or Private.through india.gov.in. National portal of India.
