case was registered to SDM regarding a man having criminal activities he is accused of many cases u/s 323,506,354,376 etc. SDM ordered u/s 111 for 50000 bail bond and for 3 years for his behavior behaviour.
he filed appral against the above CRR in sessions court and the court accepted his appeal and set aside("अपास्त")the order of SDM.
now the complaint was sent to SDM by a police station.
will he be free of charges now or there will be a case of revision for this trial.
