how can i get an order copy?
my husband filed an appeal for maintenance order. in that appeal Iam the respondent, so can i get an order copy or i have to file ca for order copy.
if i have a right for order copy, what is the procedure for getting an order copy.
can you suggest me the way in which i get order copy fast? ca or directly approaching court for order copy.
my lawyer is dragging this thing. he is telling that i will come and help u in getting order copy but not helping, whenever iam asking about that he is saying iam not in that court, you come tomorrow, like this he has been postponing the thing.
please suggest!
