Are you sure that the limitation period is 3 years and not 30 days as per law?

thnx for reading and responding... and the period is i guess 30 days when the defendant fails to appear before court on hearing days and it is upto a maximum of 3 years when the defendant fails to appear before the court on non hearing days.. if x parte decree is issued due to absence of defendant on non-hearing days then he can move application to set aside the x parte within a period of 3 years..

looking for ur response cuz i could be wrong and m just a student.
