what to do if opponents not accepting letter by managing postman?

what if some accept but others are retured by remark wrong adress?

Sir,

Are u sending the letter by Registered post with ack due?

When u aresending the letter by RPD, please send the copy of the letter by Certificate of posting also to the same address and keep the voucher safely. This is the first step.

For second question, you may send tthe letters to the last known addresses of the receipients and then take steps to publish in the vernacular News Paper the copy of your letter.
