Application for to refer the cheque in question for opinion of expert: Proceedings under sec 138 of NI Act-Dismissed on ground that petitioner/accused had admitted the signature-Dispute was only with reference to contents of cheque not being written by accused and that the same is filled up by complainant-Petitioners wanted to know the age of the signature and the age of the signature which will go to the root of the matter.
