if in case of clash of 2 vehicles one is crime vehicle lorry and another is car. the car is damaged and got claim from his comprehensive insurence. but car owner paid rs 60,000/- depreciation and other heads. for repair took time for 2 months. so what is the relief for get all losses from lorry owner and its insurence?

Same as available all other claim cases of similar nature. File claim petition before Motor Accident Claims Tribunal supported with all relevant documents and get the relief.

I agree with both the Hon'ble Seniors. By filing claim petition befor the M.A.C.T. you can claim the damages as well as repairy charges.
