Gerally, any election day be Assembly & Parlianment is declared as a paid holiday by Govt and all others are bound to adhere to the same to honour constitutional requirement. But if one Pvt Sector company sets up an alternate day , as otherwise holiday" for replacement of election day leave, is it justifable? Kindly advise urgently.

No. there can be no alternative to constitutional obligations.

govt holiday is declared in all the establishment / industries / Factories on the General election to parliament n legelastive Assemebly as per Govt. Notification & the same is applicable 2 both govt. as well as private sector. There is no alteration 2 dis notification
