Hello,
I'm looking to start an online liquor sales business through a website wherein I'm planning to provide only the delivery of liquor to the customer's doorstep and tying up with local liquor vendors for the stock.
Since i won't be carrying any stock and just providing the delivery platform, here are my questions :
Do i need to get any license to provide such service or deal with excise or any other govt. department ?
What all legal formalities do I need to fullfill in this scenario?
