One sheet in my ia petition changed by court or my advocate

Dear Experts,

I filed a custody petition along with the visitation IA in salem FC in 2022. Main petition got numbered but IA was not. When I checked with my advocate she told there was no IA exist in the file as the office staff searched and said it was missing. Again I filed another IA mentioning the same point that "since my initial IA was missed and hence refiling the same again now". My IA was dismissed and I now move to HC for revision. As part of it , I took certified copy of all main, IA petitions along with the counter filed by the opposite party. Now in the IA page 13 was completely changed(only in page 13 my signature is not there) as 'since the initially submitted IA has been rejected, any order made ealrier would impact the future of petitioner and his son.'.

This was not filed by me.If it was rejected earlier,my advocate would have got me the copy and I would have already gone to the HC 2 years back. There is some malpractice happening in the court. What step should I take now?

You may move high court with a revision petition against the orders dismissing your IA for visitation rights and any other reliefs.

You don't have any evidence to prove malpractice hence no complaint would be maintainable.

But who has changed the reason "missing" to "rejected"? And there is no my signature as well. Is this not malpractice? then what else is malpractice?. So anyone can change any petition without petitioner's consent and run the case is it?

You can give a complaint to the high court vigilance with documentary evidences to establish your allegations of malpractice or any other issue that affected you

Dear Experts,

I welcome suggestions and insights from anyone who has experience or knowledge about legal procedures. It’s disheartening to see that no one is speaking up about the malpractice or possible fraud that appears to have taken place in Salem Family Court. In a petition I filed, one entire page has been replaced without my knowledge, and shockingly, my signature is missing from that page. This raises serious concerns about the integrity of the process. Whether this was done by court staff or my own advocate, I cannot say for certain—but someone has clearly tampered with the official record.

If we as citizens are truly serious about eradicating corruption, bribery, and scams in government institutions, why is there such silence when it comes to wrongdoing in the judicial system? Are we afraid to question the courts, even when there’s evidence of forgery or misconduct?

This is not just about one person’s case—it’s about the trust we place in our justice system. I urge others to speak up and help bring transparency and accountability to our courts.
