One latter mistake in stamp duty e-challan

My lawyer had paid stamp duty on my behalf, but after generating e-challan i came to know that he made mistake in my name i.e. my correct name is Ateeque and he wrote it as Ateequee. When I mention this mistake to him, he is trying to convince me that it is not a problem he can put any name there. Can anyone please tell me if he is correct or not ?

Your lawyer's opinion is right such mistake does not make any adverse effect on your rights.

Thank very much for the reply Adv. Bhartesh Goyal Sir, actually i have one more concern i have applied for bank loan what if they take it as a concern.

For sanction of bank loan ,the document should be duly stamped and registrred and nothing more is required.Bank has no concern about who paid stamp duty Or who does not.
