One among five owner

There are five Flats and five owners in a building. One flat owner refuses to contribute towards expenses incurred to common fascility.though he attended first meeting. No minutes sighned.other four owners spoke to him but he refuses to pay his share.

advice how to makehim contribute.

Sir,

If your society is registered in the State of Maharashtra, then according to the Bye-Laws of Maharashtra Co-Operative Society Act 1960, Section 51(i) states that:

'A member may be expelled from the membership of the Society if he has persistently failed to pay the charges due to the Society.'  

The mode of such expulsion is further clarified in Section 52 of the MCS Bye-Laws.
