Madame Sona Misti,

1. The burden of proof will be on your husband to prove the allegations made in his petition and you have the onus to prove that you are not guilty of any such allegations made by him. Both of you will have to give evidence to sustains your position.

the party who keep allegations of the other has to prove by submitting his version with evidence and without evidence the case ought to be dismissed after you prove that the allegations kept on you are false with evidence

here one thing that your husband has no evidence but kept false allegations on you and in your part also no evidence but you know that the allegations are false here you can make you commonsense and prove by making him talk about them, or gather in any other form to prove that allegations are false
