Old rule vrs new rule

If an Rule has been repealed and replaced by the new rule, 2020, my right for promotion was infringed by the old rule. Under the new rule, I have no right at all. Question is can I challenge in some way that my right for promotion has been completely wipe up?

You need to be more specific. The rule you are talking about is an organisation/company specific rule or Government made rule?

Let the issue be handled by Union/Association as they are collecting monthly subscripttions and cash-rich.  Never challenge this in an individual capacity as no employer tolerates such challenges to Authority.
