Officiating capacity

A tender was proposed by x in the capacity of DGM marketing ,Whether x can approve the tender in the capacity of GM-Marketing (acting)

yes the said tender can be approved by passing a Board Resolution and authorising GM Marketing as authorised person in the board meeting .
