Official Receiver

Can anybody tell me what is the eligibility/qualification to become 'Official Receiver' or 'Court Receiver'?

The Court usually apooints a lawyer or a Notary as reciever in the absence of consensus between the parties for their own receiver.

Usually reputed and person of good repute in the locality is choosen for the job.
