I am manufacturing ice creams in mumbai and we have a distributor in thane.In recent times the octroi officials have started charging octroi on M.R.P as result of im paying excess money.
My question is is octroi calculated on M.R.P or the invoice bill amt????
eg I am selling 1 kg ice cream to my distributor in 50 rs and M.R.P for that product is 100 Rs.
So on what basis the octroi is calculated????
