Objection on ferfar

I have purchased N.A. Plot in 2013 in Murbad, Maharashtra, i have sale deed for the same plot. But due to lack of knowledge i missed to perform Ferfar. I have initiated this procedure through tahasildar by issuing the order to talathi to do Ferfar. After talathi initiated the process, someone has taken an objection. I have submitted the sale deed copy to nayab tahasildar to take a note of sale deed. Due to this Ferfar os on hold.
i have following quries -

1. How much Ferfar is important ?

2. Can i sale my property even though objection on Ferfar?

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses an objection raised during the Ferfar (mutation record update) process for a plot purchased in Murbad, Maharashtra. The owner, who has a sale deed, missed the initial Ferfar and is now facing a hold-up due to an objection. Key questions revolve around the importance of Ferfar, the ability to sell the property with an objection pending, and how to get the dispute resolved with the Tahsildar.

Request the Tahsildar to conduct an inquiry on the objection raised by others regarding your land is not recorded in ferfar recrods.

The ferfar is the revenue records which cannot be considered as title document.

Whatever you can get the issue sorted out before you sell the property because the buyer will be insisting you to solve the dispute pending before the revenue deprtment and then sell the property

What do you mean by the term "ferfar" used by you ?

How it is concerned with your title (ownership) ?
