Object clause of memorandum of association

In our audited company, object clause includes A-Z I.e. all activities of world? Is it permissible, if main activity is specified.  Amendment window then becomes useless. Possibly cost savings

Please guide

Quick Summary
This discussion explores the permissibility of a broad 'A-Z' object clause within a company's Memorandum of Association (MOA), even when a main activity is specified. Participants question if such a clause renders amendment windows redundant and suggest seeking a second opinion from a chartered accountant with all relevant documentation. The advice given is to consult a local CA for guidance based on the specific MOA contents.

You can consult a different CA with all relevant papers and obtain second opinion and proceed per suggestions received.

It is not known that what are the contents of MOA hence your question is very blunt

Discuss with a local chartered accountant.
