i m priyanka form punjab my parents both r govt.
class 3 employees. their annual salary is more than 4.5 lakh . we dont
have any agricultural income source, or bussiness income source. our
caste is KAMBOJ which comes under obc category of punjab. SO can v
make the obc non creamy layer ceritficate????
my father went to office where obc non cremy layer application need to
be submitted but officials asked for the income ......that ur annual
income is greater than 4.5 laks????? so they refused to accept
that.........so plzzz guide us what can we do and what the prodedure
.....
