In how many days can i get caste certificate OBC in M.P for admission in AIEEE COLLEGE

i am living in gujrat from 2009,i am domicile of M.P from where i can get obc certificate.
for M.P PET i want obc certificate before 25 july can i get it soon and how??????????????????
