Ex-parte divorce was gratned in matrimonial suit. The Respondnet wife received summons , not attended court nor appointed advocate. Now after three months she says she came to know about this only recently and filed mIsc.Application to reopen the case under Order 9 Rule 13 Under CPC,1908. and Sec.5 of limitatin act. How I should oppose tlhis application . Can you please provide me with case laws to defend my case,.
