Nursing Institute

Good Morning.
I want to know the procedure of establishing a nursing institute in Rajasthan under Socities Registration Act.

Is there any form that is to be filed as done in case of a company.

· Any organization under the Central Government, State Government, Local body or a Private or Public Trust, Mission, Voluntary registered under Society Registration Act or a Company registered under company’s act wishes to open and nursing Training School, should obtain the No Objection/Essentiality certificate from the State Government.

Steps:

1.NOC from state govt.

2.Affiliation to University.

3.Detailed Proect Report.

4.Approval from Nursing Council.
