null and void

My friend going to file null and viod after 2.5 year based on medical ground... But his wife filed filed various cases 125, dv and appeal. What will happen her cases after file null and void. We can quase all cases..

Impotency. She taking treatment before marriage but now only my friend got medical scan reports . so he thinking to file null and void... Because she file lot of allegation to he and his parents...
