Nuisance in front of my rented office

I Have taken office on rent and in front of my office my neighbour put in his air conditioner compressor .i told my so many times to shift this compressor but every time he has not cooperate with us .now i want to file suit against him in court so kindly guide me regarding that issue .

No use. Compressor was there before you came into the picture. He won't budge. It will be useless to pursue this matter.

first check whether you can open office there or not ? is it legally offical place and declared in govt records or not? , and many more property and comercial law. if everything is fine then file a case you will win , if your office is illegal then keep quite and chill
