I am NRI living abroad. My wife is already living in India separately for few years and we will be taking divorce in India with mutual consent soon. I have 2 question
1. My wife took my last name after marriage and that's how passport etc official documents were made for my wife. In divorce decree, should my wife name be printed with my last name (married name) or her maiden name or both names?
2. On divorce decree, My address should be abroad address or indian address of my parents in india?
