Two NRIs (one from netherland and other from spain) met in shaadi website and decided to marry soon in abroad within 1 month of know how without informing each other family. They fixed marriage date in abroad .But the boy refused to marry girl just before 2 days with a excuse that he wish to marry in India now. Girl was aware of his bad financial status in abroad so she spent ~3L arranging everything for immediate marriage because she trusted him and they like each other.
Since marriage broke she asked her money spent but boy not willing to pay anything.Reversely he blamed girl that she spent money after knowing all his bad financial situations and latteron blamed her that she just wish to marry for visa because he hold citizenship.After that he accused that she doesnot have interest in intimate relation
He was talking with more than 10 girls all together. It seems he is a fraud and may be playing like this many nri girls.
Can anyone suggest is there any legal law applicable here ?
Can she file cheating case from India ? She knows all his details .
Note : She didnot allow him to do any intimate relations before marriage whenever they met each other.Only they have email/chat connections
