You can execute the power of attorney in your wife's name

Dear Rupendra,

In order to sell the property without your personal presence, you have to execute a power of attorney in the name of your wife. If you are in UK, you have to sign the power of attorney in Indian Embassy there and Embassy has to attest your signature. Then only it would be legally valid. ( If you could prepare the power of attoreny in the Stamp paper it would be better, becasue some authorities insist it  should be on Stamp paper.
