Nri arrested at ahmedabad airport - loc issued

Well the guy will get bail only after he is presented in court. Till that he will remain in judicial custory i.e. in jail. There is no way government will publish this info to public because they want their wanted people to come india mistakenly, so that they can arrest them. The funny thing was that this guy was missed by the immigration authority when he arrived but they caught him when he was departing.

You should read this one - Despite of look out notice ......N.R.I. came india he got remarried, stayed with his family over a month, and flew back U.K.....

Why the hell did this husband had to leave his wife all alone in Haryana ? Was he planning for a forceful Desertion to the existing wife in Haryana ? He is guilty, but still this FORUM is finding him a BECHARA. Can't really believe it?

@fightingfalsecase-----I beleive u never ever think before writing to such a Ld forum.....498a is a willfull desertion by wife and LOC is the tactics she want to play with NRI hubby who has chinese passport and want him to lock here in India without any job n career and harass him and then ask him to pay her a million dollar or millions of yen

A well said by Raj123 as the whole legal system is after an innocent in 498a whereas in Kidnapping the whole police is against only the kidnappers.

 

A big Bull S.hit of Indian Judiciary. Where Law is made for Injustice to praise only Women commission, Women associations, Women masses to gather Vote Bank.

But the real suffering women are still searching for these laws to get justice. Shame on Indian Govt. and the law makers who only know the manifesto to allure the women but other end the sufferers are still in the remote areas where women are still deprived from getting justice.

India is a widely discriminate country, History of India is based on Divide and rule policy. In 18th century the English had made their own law to rule over Indians.The Britishers had gone but new deshi Britishers are born to rule by religion,s*x,caste and creed.

We are living in 21st century but still following the law of 18th century. This is the difference where our India is lacking.

Even these women law which are made after Independence are highly biased for non other than to create a divide and rule policy among husband and wife,society and humanity just to have influence on the masses.

I bet here that, even when entire nation endevours to find out a single judgement where harmony within family and society has been created after these draconian 498a and DVA cases they will simply come out with loose hope and an intense thought...As what will be the fate of the Indian family if these laws are not amended?

We all have questions but no answers for these thoughts. Because our Government has no answers even when these issues are recycled daily by one or any means.

NRIs are the one who bring so much value to india and so much $$$ to india but INDIA is such a SELFISH and STUPID country that it PUNISHES the NRIs the most - they have made LAWs specifically to MILK the NRIs Indian Law is more STRICT to NRIs and easy going to the comman population. Then I would want to bring everyone's attention on one more point and that is there used to be a time when NARI (woman) used to be an "ABLA" (helpless creature) but in todays India A WOMAN has been given so many rights and so much freedom and so many concessions in taxes and everywhere else that An Indian Woman truely has become a BIG BAD BULLY everywhere. Today the poor Man is an "ABLA" that is all I have to say please think about the things I just said.

 

Does any one know or can anyone advise please if INDIA WOULD EXTRADITE AN NRI FROM USA FOR MERELY POSTING REVENGEFUL VULGAR COMMENTS ON SOMEONE'S FACEBOOK USING A FAKE FACEBOOK ID... WILL INDIA EXTRADITE FOR IT OR WILL INDIA ISSUE AN LOC FOR IT THAT WHEN THE NRI COME BACK TO INDIA HE WILL BE ARRESTED AT THE AIRPORT... PLEASE WRITE IN DETAILS. THANKS
