Notice Unready in MACC case

Dear Lawyers

I have filed a MACC case against tractor(with which I had met with an accident) owner, driver and their Insurance company but from the lasts two hearings of my case it is showing Notice(Unready). My lawyer says that insurance company is not appearing before court for filing of requisites. He also says that if insurance company don't respond then court will give decision ex parte. Please suggest me what should I do.

thank you
