dear friend,
my friend does not appear before IO in a RC case when he was called by IO. he is expecting taking Anticipatory bail before moving to IO for interrogation.
he has yet not filled AB before session court. what he does now in present circumstances.

If the police has not summonned in writing then he may not appear. If he anticipates any foul play by the police then he may as well apply for the anticipatory bail before appearing.
