This is purely a technical   job,    which  involves  lot  of  technicality,   depending   on  the  mutual  terms  and  conditions and the actual  transactions  that might  have  taken place in  between   you and  the  buyer.   Unless  analysing  the  whole  scenerio,    studying  the  Agreement  of  Sale,   whether  it is made  as  per  the provisions of law  etc.,  just   a  format  will  not  help,     Uploading  blindly  a  format  of  notice  may  only  land  you  in   further  trouble.    Hence i  request  you  to  kindly   take  professional  advocates  help.
