You can get served the notices to opposite parties through e-mail and whatsapp with the permission of court.

It only says WhatsApp notice is acceptable but there are no guidelines and that blue ticks are sufficient proof. But no guidelines on to how to go about it. No Act or Section of Law is mentioned.
