Respondedent filed Affidavit in reply without serving copy of reply to me.. Saying My advocate is not available in court compound. Affidavit was totally untrue. Far a way from facts on record. Advocate also processed very wrongly. After many years I came to know this flaw of process. Can I file Miscc Civil Application for hearing the case now? Not only this but also subsequent Advocate also processed Civil SUit wrongly. No reply to Plaint was filed by Respondent and started arguing the matter. Please advise what should I do?
