Dear Friends,
I suit was filed against me along with a notice of motion. Due to very short period(One Day) I could not attend the court with the court passed a ex-parte order on a notice of motion.
I have filed a reply to the notice of motion. The matter is in the Hon.Bombay High Court.
Should I file a reply to the suit before the hearing of notice of motion takes place or should i wait till the notice of motion is desposed off by the Hon.Bombay High Court?
What is the procedure followed in the Hon.High Court?
