Notice in newspaper by family court

Hi All,

Family Court at native place (in UP) has published NOTICE to appear in Todays Newspaper in responce to Divorce filed by WIFE.

Already 498a is filed by Her, which is stayed from Allahabad HC in Nov 2014 till date.

As I am working in Bangalore, It is not possible to attend on mentioned date of 26th Oct 2015 (MONDAY) at such short Notice by court.

Please Advise, what is required to do??

In my case , divorced filed by my wife, I skip first two date, nothing happen. On the third date i took a law_yr . So brother do your job, whenever you got time, go to the court(spcly that room) & search your by your case number, you can easily find your next date. Dont worry..
