NOTICE from CAW ...suggest about precaution to be taken

Dear experts... I have recieved request letter from CAW today for appearing there on 25 sept at 11 am... I have already filed my petition for divorce on 31 july and next date is of 30 sept...on the basis of mental harrassment and cruelty I want to know what can happen CAW and how should i tackle the situation as i cannot live with her anymore.
