Hi Experts,
I had resigned from previous company but did not complete notice period ,which was for 3 months and I could not get my Variable Bonus for Rs. 40000 but my current organization had asked me to buy my notice period.
So Am I eligible for this Bonus as well or
Notice Buy out means only 3 months basic deduction from previous company.
Pls let me know.

What is this establishment: Industrial or Commercial?
You and redg. office/HO of the company is located in which state?
Do the standing orders (certified/Model) apply to the establishment and does company have its Certified Standing Orders?
Since how long you are working with the company?
Is this variable bonus stated in appointment letter and CTC annexed with appointment letter? Do you have data of T&C and performance for this variable bonus and do you satisfy the T&C? If yes you should be paid.
If your current employer is buying notice period then let your past employer adjust notice pay in FNF statement and settlement and issue Form16 as per FNF statement or you may be subjected to double taxation.
