Notice Bail Timeline

What is the timeline of Notice Bail? I read on various forums that Different people claim to have obtained different notice bails. e.g. 3 days(72 hrs) , 7 days, 1 month etc. Is the timeline varies with the type of offence or is it offence specific?

Notice period is granted by the HC and time period depends upon case to case . It is on the discretionary power of the court.
