my case is pending in caw cell, no fir registered,and i applied for notice bail and it got rejected by district court.
I.O. from women cell stated that enquiry is still pending and judge dismissed the bail.
pl guide what next to do.
shall i apply in high court or wait for few more days and then again re apply in district court again.
