Note on Reg 7(1) of SEBI

Dear All,
 
We want to provide a note on compliance of Regulation 7(1) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeover) Regulations, 1997 to the PACs which should be in simple language and easy to understand. Please can anybody provide a template of the same, if possible.
