Notary public

I have joint property located in Delhi.

The co-owner lives in Noida.He wants to execute POA and will in my favor.

Should the papers be notarised in Delhi or Noida.

please advise.

Pl ask the co-owner to register the POA and the WILL at the sub registrar's office under which the property is located.

If the co-owner is ready to relinquish his/her rights now , then a relinquishment deed must be executed.
