I am in notarial practice since 2001. Appointed by TN government and I have applied to the Law Min, New Delhi for extension of area so as to cover part of Puducherry State. Earlier I have filed an application which was duly recommended by the PDJ, Chennai and nothing was done by the ministry on that application.
Subsequently I was advised over phone to file a fresh application which I did nine months ago. No answer from the ministry yet. What remedy is open?
