Deed of assignment was made in January 2017
For some reaosn Assignor is giving separate letter of undertaling in December 2017 that he will not withdraw any amount deposited by clinets in his Bank account but he (Assignor) will transfer the whole such amount deposited immeditely to the Bank account of Assignee
Query
Whether such Letter of Undertaking need to be made on Stamp paper or on Letter Pad of Assignor ?
Further Whetehr such Letter of Undertaking need to be notarised / registered ?
