With humble regards it is to bring under your notice that I was working with a Private Limited Company in Bangalore,India.I am working as a Sr.Customer Service Executive since 22 months.(Joined on 6th July,2011).When I join the organization I was told that I will get salary appraisal after 6months(Even in hand book also it's mentioned "Appraisal will be twice in a year")but now my concern Manager told that I will get the appraisal after completion of the one year.When I referred him about the "Hand Book"he said it's wrong printing.If it's a wrong printing than why the Hr head is still sending the same "Hand book"to all the employees.Even on our web-site also still it's mentioned that "we give appraisal twice in a year"I tried to raise my voice but I was humiliated & threatened to be terminated from the job.As my age is 49yrs so I had to keep quiet as it was very difficult to get the job at this age.More over I was very much harassed by my "Manager" it's because I asked for the salary appraisal.He wanted me to quit the job so he doesn't have to give me the salary appraisal & he can hire a new employee with old salary structure.He is tortured me mentally.As I am physicall disabled person so they stopped my "Transportaion"(Previously I was in night shift so I was getting the Pick & Drop so they transfered me to day shift)so I have to travel on my own transport.Which I did for 3 & half months.As I twice I met with an accident,so I started looking another job.Now I got another job aslo.
I humbly request you to please guide me what should I do?Now can I go ahead & filea case for that pending appraisal (as well as harassment case) which I never got in last 22months?Will I get that appraisal.I will be highly thankful to you if you can guide me.I do have a copy of the Hand book.I did not surrender to any pressure.As I was always a very good performer & highly disciplinarian.
