Sir, I given complaint to local SP regarding cheating and he forwarded complaint to local police station. After that I filed RTI for the status of complaint and got reply from local police that all allegations false. Later I filed case in court u/s202 and u/s.420, 406, 506.
Me and 2 witnesses attended in the court given a statement and judge same accepted. But we didn’t get any order and my lawyer is supporting opposite party and making delay purposely to get order in the court. I requested and begged him so many times but he is supporting only opposite party and he is making us to attend court hearings simply and he is not taking fees also.
Now case is end stage to get order in court but now I cannot change lawyer also. Please advise how to proceed with this. Thanks
