My brother took a distributorship from a chemical company who is producing phenoil, toilet cleaner and detergent powders. That company made an agreement with my brother. It was mentioned that he should pay security deposit 14000 Rupees. He paid. They delivered their materials to my brother's place. As per agreement that company should give online orders to my brother. But not given even after a month passed. What action can we take against them ?
A chemical company has failed to provide online orders to a new distributor, despite a signed agreement and the distributor paying a security deposit. The distributor is seeking advice on what legal actions can be taken. Reviewing the contract is the first step to identify available remedies, potentially leading to action through the commercial court.

Need to see the contract to look for remedies available in the contract. Otherwise you need to opt for some different route. going through the contract will surely help, you can send that through mail.

Minutely go through the contents of the agreement executed between both the parties and thereafter move to the commercial court of your area.
