Not allowing to go through road

Many years ago the sugar factory had made a small public road for transportation (land for road between the two farms were given by us and neighbour farm).But the neighbour farmer don't agree with it . For 3 years he has been stopping us from transporting the trailer of sugarcane.What should we do legally.

yes we have given half land and nearby farmer given half land but then also he stops is from going that road

nobody has right to stop or prevent to use or move to the road which is for public use under the easement act. file complaint against the opposite party before the DM. PRESS-Legal Cell By Beg

If it is a public road / passage you can move to the court to restore easement rights, otherwise, it is a private property which may or may not continue to allow "outsiders".

it is private only.
but half land for road is our and half land for road is theirs.
the road is not concreted.it was done for transportation of farm products.
but now he is stopping us from going through that road.
we have given land for road he is not agreeing .
