I have filed a claim with Consumer Commission 4 months back on e daakhil portal. It was submitted to DCF Mumbai Suburban.
I am unable to check the status on Confo net App with the help of case no and emails sent are not responded even after directive from grievance department.
Please guide suitably. TIA
You may personally visit the consumer commission and get it clarified because sometimes you may not get any response if the staff do not upload the status for which it has been kept pending.
